    1. I give this 2 stars just based on the art. I would have given it more had it been a more worthwhile read. I get that it's both a parody and an homage to horror media of yesteryear, and the many 80s/90s references are appreciated, but much of the humor was rather silly or juvenile. The fact that it was blatantly over the top made it bearable, but there's nothing here to truly make you laugh or want to reread. I would certainly take another gander just to look at the colorful and detailed art, but [...]

    2. A comic inspired by The Twilight Zone, Amazing Stories, Tales From the Crypt, and Creepshow? How could it NOT be good? Well, Moon Lake manages to accomplish the seemingly impossible by taking such a promising idea and completely missing the mark. These stories are boring, shallow, and uninspired. One of the longest stories is basically comprised of nothing more than gore/action. Very disappointing for someone who purchased this expecting engaging storytelling.

    3. I really liked the fact that the book is composed of short stories, each one written and illustrated by a different artist. The stories were clever and a lot of it was funny. Fun read!
