    1. This book is fantastic! It was given to me as a gift many years ago and I go back to it again and again for its fabulous recipes that I know will turn out just how I want. American-born Celia Brooks-Brown, based in England, makes vegetarian food that really is impressive, exciting, fancy, different and delicious.     2. This book and New Vegetarian Entertaining are the best vegetarian cookbooks I've found. (And yes, I own the Vegetarian Times cookbook.) They have great photographs, which have given me a lot of food-styling inspiration. The recipes are easy enough that you'll actually make them, and impressive enough that you'll want to invite your friends over.

    3. a most excellent book covering food preperation as well as presentation.I really enjoyed it and I gave me ammo for impressing a vegitarianinterior designer who seems perhaps interesting to me. hahahahahahgreat book to read and look at

    4. Delicious (and some exotic) recipes, but these are not simple. Look in here if you have time, money, and patience.
