    1. The first half of this book a biographical excerpt of Jane Roberts life, which is interesting if you want to learn about the person behind Seth. I felt it gave me some useful context. However what really interested me was the second half of the book, where Roberts discusses aspect psychology and explores the topic of space/time and how a person's identity creates possibilities.     2. While this book may seem outlandish at times, Author Jane Roberts really dives deep into some of my favorite subject matter, perception, the psyche, space and time, and reincarnation. Towards the end of the book is when the information Roberts offers the reader gets really interesting. She breaks down the psyche into aspect selves and with the help of several diagrams explain how your consciousness exists and how we perceive reality in several different dimensions.
