    1. Of the three Glory books I do believe this one is my favorite. Even with the absolutely annoying Lucky (who I am sure will somehow come back to haunt Glory in later books) it was a fun sory and filled with exciting parts, most of which include Blade. I can't get enough of him! Keep hoping Glory will settle down with him, lord knows he deserve it after all these years chasing her. But the friction with Ray was great too and I am sure he will pop up again to wreck some havoc. While the major plotl [...]

    2. This was the third entry in the Glory St. Claire series and it reinforced what a fun time one can have with 'Every Woman's Vampire', Glory St. Claire and her adventures. This series is Urban Fantasy blended with Romantic Comedy and Chick Lit making it quite the entertaining read.In this one, Glory and her shapeshifter bodyguard, Valdez, come across a dying human woman in the alley behind Glory's store. Glory can tell a vampire did it and she realizes that this woman is beyond saving by human mea [...]

    3. The third book in the Glory St. Clair series.Glory and Valdez stumble upon a human who has been attacked by a vampire and left for dead in the alley behind her apartment. (I know - That alley should have a skull and cross bones on it!) Glory has to decide quickly if she should let the human die or turn her first vampire - something she never ever wanted to do. She takes one look at the womans purse laying next to her (Hermes Birken bag and gucci wallet) and decides that anyone which such impecab [...]

    4. When plus size 400 year old vampire Glory St. Clair and Valdez, her bodyguard dog come home to find a woman, (Lucky Carver) in the ally behind her shop with her throat ripped out and breathing her last breath, Glory realizes she will have to save Lucky herself by doing something she had never wanted to do, turning her into a vampire.Unfortunately Lucky is not the best candidate to be made vampire, she is an enforcer for her families loan shark business, that specialize in making loans to paranor [...]

    5. From: fantasticfiction/b/gWhen a female loan shark named Lucky is attacked and left for dead, vampire Glory St. Clair turns her into one of the undead to save her--but eternity would have been safer without her. Vamps prefer a low profile, and that's not Lucky's style. She prefers to flaunt her sexy rock-star ex-boyfriend and great shoes. Trouble is, her flamboyant behavior is not only drawing every vampire hunter within miles-- it's bringing her would-be killer out of hiding, too. My Thoughts: [...]

    6. The third book in the Glory St. Claire series opens with Glory and her shape-shifting dog/bodyguard Valdez finding a woman, bleeding to death from a vampire bite, in the alley behind her vintage clothing emporium. Against her better judgement but unable to leave the woman to die, Glory turns her into a vampire. Little does she know that Lucky Carver is daughter of and enforcer for a powerful loan shark to the paranormal community. She's also a heap of trouble. Now Glory must deal with introducin [...]

    7. Meet Gloriana St. Claire, Glory to her friends, an independent woman, um make that vampire, who has moved to Austin, TX to open up a vintage clothing shop. Glory has been with her on-again off-again life love, Jeremiah Campbell,III for the past 400 years. In the third installment, Glory is back with a bang! She is making quite a killing, no pun intended, with her Vintage Vamp’s Emporium and enjoying the very independent lifestyle she’s trying to lead. Of course, she still has Valdez, her sha [...]

    8. Another exciting, humorous Glory story. In this one Gloria finds an almost dead women who’s’ been attacked by a rogue vampire in the alley behind her apartment. She decides to turn her first vampire in order to save her, but has to call Jerry to find out how. The lady turns out to be an enforcer for her father’s mafia-style paranormal loan company. She also has a huge chip on her shoulder and refuses to follow Glory’s advice. *Spoilers* Later she gives Glory an unwelcome thank you presen [...]

    9. The third installment of the Glory St. Clair series starts off with a bang. Upon returning home one evening, Glory smells delicious blood coming from the alley behind her store and apartment. She decides to investigate with her precious puppy/bodyguard Valdez and discovers a woman has been attacked and left for dead. Despite Glory’s aversion to creating new vampires, she must turn this woman, aptly named Lucky, in order to save her life. The thing is, Lucky is a real pain in the butt and she d [...]

    10. When a female loan shark is attacked and left for dead, vampire Glory St. Clair turns her into one of the undead to save her. But Lucky's flamboyant behavior is not only drawing every vampire hunter within miles-its bringing her would-be killer out of hiding, too. What we learned;1. This book isn't as good as the previous two.2. Glory has finally made herself a vampire, (not really her choice. It was either that, or leave her to die) with the help of her sire Jerry. Of course, Luciana (Lucky) tur [...]

    11. I'm liking this series a lot more with each book. The world they live in and their rules of existence are making more sense, and Glory is really growing on me. Also, these take place in Austin - a big plus! One thing that really annoys me about this series, though, is the inconsistency of Glory's weight. In the first book we are told she was merely "bloated" when she was bitten, but then we are told she is chubby. Um, bloated and chubby are NOT the same thing. The books go back and forth on whet [...]

    12. Much like the other Glory books this has the fun, comic angle but also good storyline feel to it!Glory is using her powers more (finally after 400 years) and even made a vampire - this however leads to some disatorous outcomes and some extra hassles! Her and Blade are still on again off again - however more on than off although still have some bumps to smooth out - and Valdez is as funny and brilliant as ever. This time we see a new face - Lucky, Glory's made vampire - a bit of a hand full and no [...]

    13. I can always count on a fun and thrilling read in one of these Glory St. Clair books. I had stumbled upon this series by accident. Saw the first book on sale at Barnes and Noble and picked it up. Since then I haven't stopped getting these books when I can find them. This book has Glory turning a human to a vampire. Something she doesn't want to do. When her and Valdez stumble upon Lucky Carver behind her shop bleeding out, Gloria has to decide to either save her or let her die. I will say that Lu [...]

    14. I really do love this series of books, but with the introduction of Ray (Israel Caine), I'm starting to worry. His growing feelings for Glory are ahowing all the signs of a love triangle I. HATE. LOVE. TRIANGLES!!! She obviously loves Jerry, so why introduce someone else??? It irks me!!! I'm hesitating to read the next book coz I'm sure this is what is going to happen. But I'll be brave or cheat and read some reviews to see if a love triangle does show up then all bets are off about reading any [...]

    15. Wow! Glory is growing up to be a force to be reckoned with. She's been the tender hearted, kick butt, independent woman, but now having saved a human and turning Lucky Glory has found her inner vampire strength and is even more impressive on this book. Of course now we have another hot male, new vampire to boot, that she gets to babysit. The laughs are great. The intensity of this book really thickened and the story seemed to develop much deeper than the other two. Real relationships cemented, e [...]

    16. I am loving this book series I liked all the new cast members even the ones I hate lol oi is his mother a piece of work or what ?? lol wow JB is fang-tastic but I'm not sure I would want to marry into that family either I know in the end she will wind up being the happy vampire bride but who could blame Glory for not jumping into things I mean she may be 400 + years old but its not like shes going to die anytime soon so there really is no need to rush into anything lol I was pretty much shocked [...]

    17. This was better than the last two. I guess it's a good sign that the books seem to be getting progressively better. Although I thought it seemed a little strange that all of a sudden she and Jerry are saying "I love you" when they were making a point of not saying it in the preceeding booksor how Diana and Damian seem to be together again even though she supposedly hates himd the addition of a new character more than halfway through the book seemed a little sillyd I was kind of hoping Glory and [...]

    18. As usual the story is full of holes. Large, gaping holes this time. In the first few scenes Glory is worried about what is going on at the store but she has time to have a full conversation with Lucky, take a shower, and then have a phone conversation. It would have been just as easy to say, "Excuse me a minute while I run to the store and check in." The store is mostly forgotten through the latter part of the book.As usual the book is wrapped up in a nice little bow with nothing being resolved. [...]

    19. Out of the three Glory books I've read so far, this one was easily the funniest. It was also, unfortunately, the most incoherent. The big mystery plot aspect got rather sloppily wrapped up at the very end; a new character, Lucky, disappears throughout the book; and the interactions of Glory and Blade's mother are so sporadic I completely forgot who Randolph was. Also, Mara is suddenly now a shoplifter? Did this trait appear in the other books? The real treat of the book is when Glory must deal wit [...]

    20. I loved this book! This whole series is great and I can't wait to read the next one. Gerry Bartlett is suspensful, edgy, and just plain magical in her writing, you can't put this book down once you start it. I've loved this series from the beginning and it has just gotten better with time. I can't wait to read the next on and will definitely go out and buy the fifth one the day it comes out. Most vampire stories are dramatic or overdone, not this one, it is so original and unlike any other. Glor [...]

Trouble is, her flamboyant behavior is not only drawing every vampire hunter within miles— it's bringing her would-be killer out of hiding, tooThis book we saw Glory Grow, she did [...]

    22. I picked up the third of the series after a reading hiatus from the first two of about three years. Glory is still getting into all kinds of shenanigans and surrounded by hunky vamps. This series is fun and light hearted, and I enjoy the characters enough to want to read the next installment, although I think that the writing is a little well not my cup of tea I guess. Just things like when Glory is trying to end a conversation to go downstairs takes ten pages. Most of the dialogue feels like sh [...]

    23. As per more recent popular she-vampire books, the main character in this book is a size twelve vamp with a talking shifter-dog for a body guard and her hunky sire that she's been on-again-off-again for four hundred years. When the main character finds a lady dying in the alleyway behind her second hand clothing store she has to make a choice: break her personal rule against ever turning a human or changing the dying owner of a birkin hand bag owner?Though I DEFINITELY could've lived without all t [...]

    24. Glory St. Clair finds a woman dying in the alley behind her store. To save her Glory turns her into a vampire. Little does she know the can of worms she is opening. The woman, Lucky, is part of a mob family and crazy as a loon. On top of that, someone video'd her "saving" Lucky and is threatening to out Glory on YouTube. But never fear, Glory and her band of paranormal friends manage to handle all their problems while remaining stylish right down to their designer purses. I love this series. The [...]

    25. There was something about this book in the beginning that wasn't captivating. Maybe my problem was that this is book 3 in the series. It took me over 100 pages to care what happened to the characters. They all seemed flat and lifeless but I made myself stick with it and by 125 pages in I was sucked in. I finished and liked it. I knew I should of put the book back and start with book 1 but my library didn't have it in their catalogue.I think if I had started with book 1 I would have already been [...]

    26. Fun, schlocky, sexy vampire goodness. Bartlett did make a few dumb factual mistakes that yanked me out of the story, though. I can suspend disbelief for a 400-year-old vintage-clothing-shop-owning vampire with curves, her shape-shifting doggy bodyguard, and her ancient-but-hot Highlands honey -- sure, no problem. But tell me that a Jewish superstar pleases his devout mother by refusing to hold concerts on Saturday night, and you've lost me. Come on, if you're going to write a Jewish character, l [...]

    27. Once again Glory St. Clair finds herself in a mess of a situation and fumbles her way through newly made vampires, a romantic 400 year entanglement with her on again off again beau, and confronts friends about gambling addictions and money problems. This series treats the vampire genre as chick lit and doesn't get bogged down in brooding male dominance. Instead, Glory is a 400 year old vampire trying to make a living wage running her vintage shop in Austin, Texas. Easy to read fun stories with h [...]

    28. I love these booksally, i do. However, I hate this new chick Lucky. I hated reading about her and everything that had to do with her. I think that was the point though. Trust me when I say that these books are always entertaining and I am on to my next book. The only thing that bugs me is the price of the ebook itself. It's one of the highest I have ever purchased on an book that has been out for awhile. I may have to take a break on these until the price goes down.

    29. When a female loan shark is attacked and left for dead, vampire Glory St. Clair turns her into one of the undead to save her. But Lucky's flamboyant behavior is not only drawing every vampire hunter within miles-its bringing her would-be killer out of hiding, too.In this novella Glory finally changes someone; that someone turns to be a pain in the beehind her long time boo is constantly disappearing what's going on with him and Mara?

    30. I wish she would resolve a plot before adding another plot and several subplots to it. The bad guy from the first book is still kicking around, add to that the bad guy from the second book, and several enemies and subplots from this book. So all kinds of bad guys and enemies, plus the new people from this book, and it was just a mess. Not enough time to rest before Glory was in yet another tense situation. I love the writing and characters, just start killing people already.
