    1. 5 Stars for Joshua's PrayerThis is my first book by Olivia Rae and I was intrigued by the name of the book. I enjoyed meeting and learning about the various characters developed in the book. The story line was one that resonated with me in my own youth as regards Joshua's mother, Vicky. I prefer to not give any spoilers when I write a review, but the situation with the "buying up properties" for future development of a "Class A Resort", sounded like what is happening in my own town right now! I [...]

    2. Joshua’s Prayer is a great story. It deals with some tough issues—divorce, alcoholism, fetal alcohol syndrome, the death of a spouse—without being a depressing read. There is a sweet romance. In the book, God leads the characters towards His will for their lives. There is the all important HEA. I felt immense satisfaction when I finished the book. It’s just that good. I’d recommend this to my friends.

    3. What a lovely story. Oliva Rae writes captivating, heartwarming romances. Her other books are medievals so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one, but it was wonderful! I loved how the story developed, seeing how Nicole and Sam put aside their differences to do what was right for Joshua. This was uplifting story that stayed with me long after I finished it.

    4. I totally loved this book. This is a book about the love between a father and son and possibilities of finding love and happiness again when you open your eyes and heart to what God has placed in your life. This is a definite must read and will leave you feeling good and open to new possiblities.

    5. I have read all of Olivia Rae's books and I love them. Her contemporary is just as heart-warming as her medieval books. A very lovely story of struggle and forgiveness. Pick it up.

    6. This was an excellent book and I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants an excellent read. I look forward to reading more of this author's work.

    7. A switch for this author, doing a contemporary. I thought it was pretty good. Moving and very tender. A good clean read. That should be read.
