"Stated formally, this is our "Mathematical Theory of Spirit": that just as "real" numbers may be used symbolically to express various things of the physical world, so, in a similar manner, "imaginary" quantities may be used symbolically to express the various things of the metaphysical or spiritual world."Good grief.
