    1. Perhaps very oddly.Hayley Westenra's version of "The Last Rose of Summer" is playing in the background. I'd so very sorry to say this is the last "Holidays with Jane"!!!!!! They all have been truly roses of the first kind!!! Lol and I'm not writing that because they used a comment of mine in the promo quotes about "Holiday with Jane: Thankful Hearts!!" in the end of this one. Oh gosh.going full MARIANNE!!!!! I'll leave it to finer pens to write about the individual stories.d with this final oneI [...]

    2. Holidays with Jane: Will You Be Mine: Rebecca M. Fleming, Jennifer Becton, Jessica Grey, Nance Kelley, Melissa Buell, Cecilia GrayThe Holidays with Jane series with six modern adaptations of Jane Austen’s classic novels. 1) Design by Chance: by Rebecca M. Fleming: ends at 11%This Persuasion adaptation has all the buzz words that we love to hear. I was surprised to hear of people and story threads from the other Holidays with Jane book. The Crofts have purchased Kellynch Hall and are renovating [...]

    3. 6 Sweet Stories Filled with Heart, Humor, and Happily Ever Afters! The sensational and celebratory Holidays with Jane series would not be complete without an anthology about Valentine’s Day – a holiday that celebrates romantic love and affection! As with each of the previous collections, there are six short stories in this anthology (one for each Jane Austen novel) and each story takes place in present-day. With the assistance of cupid, fate, and other forces six couples find love on Valentin [...]

    4. 4.5 rounded up to 5 starsThis group of authors has put together a really nice series of seasonally-themed anthologies. This particular book with the apt title "Will You Be Mine?" provides a pleasant group of plots with pivotal scenes occurring on Valentine's Day. Each writer has contributed a short story in a contemporary setting based on a different Austen novel. Every story is perfectly edited and beautifully written. Characters are modern but not inconsistent with Jane Austen's creations. (Ad [...]

    5. 4.5 starsI found enjoyment in each of these stories, most linked with visits to Mansfield Perkd then the various authors' notes saying how much they enjoyed working together on all the Holiday with Jane books. I have now read three and have full intentions of reading the others. From Jessica Grey's story (Accidently In Love)- my favorite quote, "“No, not a Mansfield Perkl of them.” Izzy grinned again at Marianne’s round eyes. “And I’ve learned a few things. One of those things is that p [...]

    6. So happy to be releasing the final collection in the Holidays with Jane series. I am blessed to have been able to write with such fantastic authors and I'm so proud of this Valentine's collection!

    7. Packed with wit and charm, Holidays with Jane: Will You Be Mine? is a lovely addition to a series of novels filled with memorable heroines, swoon-worthy heroes, satisfying twists, and a respect and passion for Jane Austen's novels that leaps off every page. Following these six clever authors over the last three years as they've taken us through the holidays—each author putting their own special spin on each of Austen's beloved characters, settings, and plots—has been pure joy. And I'm gratef [...]

    8. Another lovely read - my second in this series (but I have already bought all of them and will be reading the remaining four soon). I just love these modern JA retellings! So much fun, and the authors interpret our beloved novels in a clever and inventive way. All you need to do is to get used to some name changes (Darcy Williams, anyone? ;)). In this part, my favourite ones were Cupid's Secret (Emma) and Accidentally in Love (S&S). Oh, and I the Anne of Green Gables references in the MP sto [...]

    9. I think our last volume just might be the best this was so much fun to write, and even more fun to read what stories The Ladies (of Holidays With Jane) cooked up! Perfect for Valentine's swoons.

    10. Comme toujours je vais vous donner mon avis sur chaque histoire !* Design by Chance de Rebecca M. Fleming : Life has been a series of second guesses for Gracie Elliot since she called off her engagement to sought-after ring designer Derek Worth. Eight years later, Derek is back in Northanger, Georgia helping his sister plan a Valentine's Gala and Gracie wonders if she has a second chance to design her love story.Une mignonne petite vignette sur Persuasion qui simplifie l'histoire à l'extrême. 11. Brain R and RPositive, well written fluff, a great diversionary vacation, distraction. The collection of authors are a well matched collaboration, plain fun. Romance elements in place and the character shorthand of name dropping Austen. Good enough.
