    1. Five platypires for Flirty Thirty! It's been so long since I've read a Cassie Mae book, I almost forgot why she is one of my favorite authors. But then this ARC showed up in my inbox, to remind me. As soon as I started reading, the rest of the world disappeared. Okay, it didn't disappear, but it definitely got neglected. ALL DAY. I devoured this book. And it was glorious. Or well, I thought it was glorious. The hubby ate ramen by himself, so he probably doesn't love this book quite as much as me, [...]

    2. I'm not sure how I'm going to write my thoughts about this book without the spoilers. It's quite rare for me to give a five-star rating these days but for me, this book deserved it. Cassie Mae has always been able to give her readers those laugh out loud and awww moments, and this book certainly has lots of them. Why did I like it? Probably because I can relate with the Maya's initial view about her life, and perhaps at one point, I had the same reasoning tooen I started thinking of what-ifs too [...]

    3. SO. MUCH. FUN.Not a typical romance at ALL. Great fun. Super swoony. Hilarious characters. Everything I love about Cassie Mae's writing.

    4. Maya just celebrated her thirtieth birthday with a kiss from the handsome stranger while checking her mail. It turns out that her handsome stranger is Cooper, a very wealthy man. He happens to need a realtor, which Maya is. They get to talk and he finds out that she's not interested in marriage and decides to see if she will be "married" to him while he's house-sitting a mansion. Maya considers it and wants to say no. But she's tempted and decides to take Cooper up on his offer, as long as he pr [...]

    5. celebrityreaders.wordpress3.5 stars -- I received a free copy from the author in exchange for an honest and unbiased review/opinion.I know, I know, you are all shocked. A 3.5 star for my favourite author. But not every story fits every reader, and this one just didn't quite work for me.I think in the end parts of the story just hit a little too close to home with Maya not wanting to have children (although she doesn't not want them like I don't want them), and I was missing a few things from her [...]

    6. Wowwhat a hard review to write without giving away spoilers. In advance i'm sorry if some of this doesn't make sense but maybe it will when you have the pleasure of reading the story. This is another of Cassie Mae's book that i can seriously relate to and I loved every second of reading it. There may be a small spoiler so just be aware.I find that this author is amazing at writing books which cover excellent topics which normal woman can relate to and this one did not disappoint. Being 35 nearly [...]

    7. Every book I read by this I always think at the end that she couldn't write a better book. That book was the best she has written and then she writes another one!! I love Maya and how stuck in her ways she is. She loves the life she lives with no strings, no long lasting boring men, and no children. She doesn't want it any other way. I saw so much of me in her sometimes it took my breath away. Then Cooper runs his way into her life and tilts it upside down with his missing mouth filter, his optim [...]

    8. Flirty Thirty Review:Well Cassie has done it again! She has written an amazing book with awesomesauce characters that I fell in love with by the second word I read! I have read all of Cassie's books and there is a difference between this one and others. More of a new adult type writing style. But still adorable and quirky just like every other amazing book by Cassie! Read this book you won't want to miss it. Cooper is swoon worthy and just ugh I want him please! Maya is my type of girl! Sassy an [...]

    9. Short review. This is the first book by Cassie Mae that I have read but certainly not my last. The book hooked me from the first page to the last, I don't want to give anything away so I'll say this there are parts that will make you laugh, smile and even cry and then smile again. I am looking forward to the next Nerdy Thirties book.

    10. Nice twistWhat a fun read. Turned the male commitment phobe tale on its head. Threw in a personal trauma for good measure. And made it all sweet. Good humor. Just good fun.

    11. I like this author a lot. I've bought many of her adult and ya books for my kindle. The epilogue on this one was more a set up for a next book and I sure hope it comes out soon.

    12. Cute, uncomplicated story with humour - Maya's inner dialogue's were for the win at the beginning - and a hero with an adorable blurting problem that's sweet as hell.

    13. When i start saw this book i was extremely happy that i found something worthwhile to read, but sadly i regretted it very very much. i understand i meaning behind the author writing this book because it depicts what reality is, you have to sometimes forgo some things to hold on to something else because you know you can't have then both. if you the want one thing you have to leave the other and likewise. that is why when i read the last pages and finished it was like a heavy weight was put on my [...]

    14. My actual rating is 3.5 starsI was given a copy of this book from the author for an honest review. As a fan of Cassie Mae’s other books I was looking forward to reading this but sadly I just couldn’t fully connect with the characters. I found that the story was a bit rushed and we didn’t get to know the characters as well as we have in Cassie’s other books. I would’ve liked to know more backstory about these characters and hope that the future books in the series delve more into these c [...]

    15. "There is a likely chance that I am bewitched, because only a person under a spell would kiss a man who equally scares her as he does intrigue her."It started out with a kissOh. My. Gee.Cassie Mae!!! You have done it again!!Maya is a girl that you feel like could be your best friend. She's fun, she loves her family, and she has hilarious relationship with her cats. When she finally gets up the nerve to talk to the hot guy that jogs by her house, she had no idea this same man had been dying to tal [...]

    16. celebrityreaders.wordpress3.5 starsI enjoyed this new adventure that CM took us on. And the cover is super cute! The story was a great one. But I feel the characters could have been fleshed out a bit more, especially Maya. I got Cooper, he was easy to peg but for a character as multi dimensional as Maya I felt that there was something missing in her development. What? I couldn’t tell you. I had a bit of a dilemma identifying with her, which is super weird because I am in my 30’s (late 30’s [...]

    17. Heads up, this review is basically written to Cassie :)Seriously, Cassie. Just How can you do this to me? How can you get me so hooked on everything you write girl? So much, that I'm charging my customers the faster I can so I can get back to my reading (ups). . . This book I mean, from someone who has read ALL your books, I can definitly see the difference. This is more of a new adult tye of writing (I guess, to me), but you do it so damn well. I'm so in love with this book, that I feel that it [...]

    18. Another great story from Cassie! The nerdy element makes her books that much more relate-able for myself and the fact that this story is about people of about my age group makes it that much better! True to her usual humour, Flirty Thirty continues her trend of awkward moments and comedic scenes that have you laughing throughout the book. The characters are loveable--Cooper, moreso, I found in this book and very much full of amusing antics. Maya and Cooper have a great chemistry together and tha [...]

    19. This new adult novel is beautifully written & developed with no plot holes. The character's are sensational with realistic emotions & flaws. A refreshing writing style with a sassy & witty female lead character named Maya & A Sexy Billionaire Alpha Male lead character named Cooper with a candid personality. I devoured this novel as it was so funny, sweet, romantic & decadently delicious. This highly entertaining novel had me hooked right from the beginning. I highly recommend [...]

    20. This book is every girls dream, the girl who doesn't see herself as beautiful is sought out by the golden boy. Cooper is such a complete and developed character, I love him! I love the way he thinks about life, and jumps in and knows exactly what he wants. And I love to watch Maya try her hardest to not fall in love with him. This was an amazing book. Very good read by Ms. Cassie Mae, writing gets better with every book!

    21. I always love Cassie's books because they're fun and refreshing. Cooper and Maya's story is not different, but I connected to this one a little deeper than usual (can't explain why without giving out a major spoiler) and that made me love this book and respect Cassie Mae even more than I already did. Flirty Thirty is a must read for anyone who loves happy, feel good romantic comedies with characters who are both realistically flawed and dreamy at the same time.

    22. I had an ARC copy of this book and obviously i loved it. This is the first story of Cassie Mae about a Thirty years old girl and I could related to the character so bad. I cried and laugh and fell in love with Maya like i was her. This book is so good you can't just put it down! But i had no doubt Cassie Mae can write for sure!!! Read October 24!!!

    23. Loved it!!! This book is funny, romantic and heartfelt. Maya cracks me up and you just want to hang out with her. Cooper is a one and only. He as well cracks me up with his bluntness. No man is ever that blunt like Cooper. He has a very romantic side. Very swoon worthy. This is a must read story from Cassie Mae. I look forward to reading more books from CasdiecMae.

    24. 3.5 stars. Fun and sweet romance. I liked both the H&H. I also liked that she recognized the absurdity of the situation. Kept me hooked and I read it in one setting.
