    1. Small but informative book on the geological history of Acadia National Park while touching upon biology and the cultural history of the carriage roads, the lichens and trees, the 1947 fire and how it impacts the floura and fauna of the park. A really nice and interesting read without being overly dry. Enjoyed this nice read while spending a week at Blackwoods Campground.
