    1. The hero was deliberately cruel and disposed her of like used tissues or something.I still wouldn't have minded because yes he had ENORMOUS issues, and for once, they're real dark issues, not just mommy issues. But does he DO anything to redeem himself? Well frankly? No.He has deliberately knowingly hurt her the same way she was hurt before for which she was seeking help for to begin with.So all his so called "help" is now moot. And punching your best friend and then calling the heroine a princess [...]

    2. Hot hero whose past casts dark shadows over their futureI love Bella Frances’ voice–the dialogue, the tight writing, the pace. You can’t help but feel for Lady Lucinda, aka Lucie, aka Dante’s “Princess,” who’s strong and vulnerable all at the same time. The emotions and descriptions are original and not generic. I love that there’s no initial deal or bargain struck—If you do this, I’ll do that–before the relationship is allowed to start. It just starts. As though they, and [...]

    3. it was an OK reade hero was a playboy who is scared of commitment because of a bitter experience he had as a teenager with his boarding school teacher.I was really shocked and sad after reading about the mental torture he went through at such a tender age at the hands of that woman who seduced him.tThat incident scarred him for life!the heroine was sweet she has her own battles to fight coz she was badly ignored by both her parents and she has a phobia of going out in publicis is a story of how [...]

    4. The Argentinian’s Virgin Conquest by Bella Frances has everything you want in a Presents novel. Sharp wit, drama, passion and a colorful cast who keep you preoccupied from the get-go. Lady Lucinda aka ‘Lucie’ is my favorite character in this story. She is charming, mesmerizing and imperfect. Her back-story was so well-detailed, and genuine that I couldn't help fall in love with her. Now the hero is another issue. Dante is an alpha of coursebut his past will break your heart. He may be pomp [...]

    5. "The Argentinian's Virgin Conquest" by Bella Frances is classic Harlequin at its best. Lady Lucinda, aka Lucie, Bond is dealing with the insecurities of her past. Argentinian playboy Dante Hermida comes across as a pompous ass but his past makes us understand why he is the way he is. Both of their pasts make them cautious, but even that won't stop the intense feelings they have toward each other.

    6. THE ARGENTINIAN’S VIRGIN CONQUEST is the first book in the mini-series ‘Claimed by the Billionaire’ by author Bella Frances. It released in April 2017 by Harlequin Presents series. Dante Hermida, mistakenly thought Lucinda Bone was drowning and pulled her in his speedboat. Right from that moment fireworks started. I was pulled into this story by their chemistry and knowing that they were not good for each other and were not compatible. But, were they? Compatible? Could they ever reach thei [...]

    7. Dante Hermida thought he was saving Lady Lucinda Bond from drowning, but Lucie needed saving from a lot more than that. Dante figures Lucie will be another on of his brief flings. No emotions, no promises, no future is ever wanted. He was burned once as a teenager, and never again. Lucie found that while Dante did not need to save her from drowning, he was able to save her from a lot more. With more than just a mild social anxiety, She finds herself turning to Dante more and more to help her get [...]

    8. Review Posted at HarlequinJunkieDante Hermida thought he was doing the right thing by rescuing the gorgeous woman he believed was drowning. Instead, Lucinda ‘Lucie’ Bond turns out to be a challenge with her defiant attitude and her ability to pierce his iron will; an iron will that he thought no-one could penetrate. But somehow Lucinda has wormed her way into his heart, and if he doesn’t realize it soon enough that he wants her forever, he may just lose her. Read More

    9. WOW what a fabulous story this one is, it is sensual, moving and with a hero who is very tortured and a heroine who has some very real insecurities. I flew through this one I couldn’t put it down their journey to that wonderful HEA had me signing throughout.Lady Lucinda Bond although from nobility is a quiet, insecure woman she has a lot of issues about her body and being in crowds this stems from a not so good childhood a dysfunctional family and an overpowering mother and playboy father so w [...]

    10. This was the first time I'd read Bella Francis and it's always intriguing reading any author for the first time in any genre. This MODERN doesn't disappoint on any level, although I felt that one of it's twelve chapter[s] at fifty pages was far too long it didn't deter from what was overall an enjoyable read and proves that as an author Bella Frances is a worthy addition to Mills & Boon's family of authors. I shall look forward to reading her in the MODERN series again and have no hesitation [...]

    11. The Argentinian's Virgin Conquest (Claimed by a Billionaire) by Bella Frances Lucinda Bond (Lucie as she preferred to be called) has met Mr. Playboy himself, Dante Hermida. He is well known as the playboy of Argentina. Lucie has many insecurities from her childhood and I could totally sympathize with her. Her mother had promised to be there for this event however she calls moments before the auction is to start and bails on her daughter once again. Lucie never felt she was good enough for either [...]
