    1. A fun readI really enjoyed this story. The magical antics were quite amusing. I did have to take a star away for grammar. There were quite a few grammar errors that distracted from the story.

    2. I am quickly becoming a fan of the cozy mystery. Loved the introduction into this odd little community and I can't wait to start reading the rest of the series.

    3. "A Witch A Ditch and a Who Done It" (Cornish Magical Mysteries Book 1) by Marly Mathews is not your average witch mystery story. Millie Collins is a Cornish witch by birth raised Canadian and now a proud resident of the small villages of Port Merlin and Pendeen, Great Britain. As the grand daughter of an Earl, a former Canadian, a woman in either her late twenties or early thirties, and a witch she really doesn't fit into her community. The people of Port Merlin and Pendeen are mostly commoners [...]

    4. Cute book. Lots of errors though.I have to start with the grammatical errors, had to go back and re - read sentences because they didn't make sense. I also felt if I had to read one more "stutters" type of sentence or a " she said softly" . I would scream. Ok I got that it of my system. The book was really a cute , light read. I enjoyed the characters and learning about the witches in the Cornwall villages. Will probably read the others in this series of I can get past the mistakes.

    5. This was a fun read. I loved all the characters, especially the Aunt who's magic was slightly off and made things happen by mentioning them. Granny was hysterical too and I loved how she took care of business. Well-written and our girl, Millie, Witch Extraordinaire, has not one but two love interests to keep things hopping. Never a dull moment for any of the Witches in this book.

    6. Actually I did not finish this book. Very rarely do I stop reading something, but this just wasn't my cup of tea. The novel is very British, and the characters seem a bit flate colloquialisms were numerous and tiring. I just did not enjoy what I read.

    7. Pretty Good Story ButThe plot was pretty good but the author needs to hire a proofreader for her books. She needs help with punctuation.
