    1. Was an ok read but in all honesty it was nothing spectaular. There are other books out there that will give you the same amount of information in less pages. Recipes are fairly standard, again not spectaular. Good source of information for anyone new to Keto but for those that already have a good understanding it's a bit 'same old, same old'.

    2. What a waste of 2 hoursHalf of the book is not even Keto.The other half is really "out there" recipes where you make all kinds of crackers from seeds and kale. I didn't think Keto could get more complicated than my raw vegan days but I was wrong. I'm sure a small select amount of people will enjoy spending most of their time in the kitchen but I'm going to move on to the 21st century.
