    1. This would be a great introduction to sex ed. Very informative without being vulgar or sensational. It explains it in such a way that I think even a nervous parent wouldn't feel weird. It helps that the author addresses different types of reproduction. There are no images of humans and reproduction, however, a smart kid could figure out that a baby human is pushed out of the womb through contractions just like a kitten is pushed out of the womb.
