    1. This book have a good idea, but the execution in not so good. The heroine was to whiny. The author wanted her to be a strong woman, a grieving mther who would do everything to find her child, but that is not the way I percieved her. I didn't understand why the hero perceived her so She just keep saying that she wanted to change, that she didn't wanted to be how her late husband wanted her to be, but she kept her house (which she didn't feel confortable in), she kept dressing formally, she didn't [...]

    2. The book opens at the opening of a grave promising a suspenseful story. It's a good, sexy mystery they have to solve to find her baby and the killer of her husband.

    4. Plot intrigued me, but execution was ludicrous.I started reading this story with high hopes, but was quickly disappointed. The dialogue was ridiculously bad. I am not one who expects complete realism in a book, but there was not ANY realistic detail. Spoiler Alert! The heroine is suspected of murdering her husband ,but is never questioned by the police. Her daughter is missing, but there is no mention at any time about a police investigation into the kidnapping. When the police exhumed her husba [...]

    5. 2.5 stars - some issues with the book but it was readable. I'm not sure I would read another one. The prose occasionally struggled. There was a lot of action that did not move the plot forward. I had a difficult time sympathizing with the main character even though the circumstances were extremely sympathetic. Male protagonist was scattered in characterization and I didn't believe the stated reasons for his being involved with this situation. Villain was a bit of a stock villain. I knew who it w [...]

    6. Really scary, suspenseful, and romantic.Sara is living a life in limbo, with her husband dead and her daughter kidnapped.
