  1. I found some of the more abstract concepts difficult to grasp but overall I found it be helpful for everyday life and presented in an easy to follow fashion.

  2. I really wanted to like this book, and I enjoyed Doyle's last book Mindfulness Plain and Simple. I guess the biggest issue is that is too simple and some of the exercises aren't quite enough to bring me to a realization or make mindfulness any easier than it was before. I think the concept isn't explained well enough and is too bare bones. It's a particularly hard book to get through because it's broken into exercises/activities day by day and makes it hard to read at once so getting through it [...]
