    1. Alicia, artist and timid in her life and choices, meets Max, Caldwell and Monroe, businessmen and Max is the Sheriff. The men have been waiting for her to get settled and relax so they can court her. Dixie Lynn's male characters are always amazing alphas, yet tender, loving and caring, honest and strong. Alicia is shy and lacks self esteem from her ex and her brother always mentally abusing her, demeaning her, and using her in their schemes for years. With long talks with her girlfriends and the [...]

    2. Dare to succeed is book two in the dare series. I liked this book and devoured it in one sitting. I liked Alicia but at times she irritated me. I wanted to shout at her to open her eyes and ignore her brother and her ex. Although I was irritated, I also felt sorry for her. I liked Max, Caldwell and Monroe. I liked that they were determined to make Alicia theirs. They went out of their way to help Alicia achieve her dream. I was happy that Tony got what he deserved. I hated him the instant he ent [...]

    3. Dixie & her Dare seriesIf you haven't read one of Dixie Lynn Dwyer's books look into the Dare series. They are all great. Ialways get the whole series. Its like a continuing story. With people from former books re-appearing, and those from comind books added in. Or any book can be read out of order and still not miss anything. The hero's are tantalizing, & the ladies loveable.

    4. 3.5After her fiancee betrayed her, Alicia moved to Chance trying to prove to herself that she can succeed at anything she tries. As a stained glass artist, Alicia has found a steady business online. Everything is working in her favor except where Monroe, Caldwell, and Max are concerned when they express interest she balks.Monroe, Caldwell, and Max have been trying to ease Alicia into a relationship but she pulls back every time they make progress. Alicia is hiding why she cant trust them but if [...]

    5. Only made it to two stars because I actually finished. But then, I was on a flight and had no other options.I wasn't a fan of book 1 but wanted to give book 2 a try. Right from the start when the h is nearly hit by a car and her immediate concern is 'OMG, I hope this doesn't leave an ugly scar' I disliked her. Once I learned more about her personality that feeling continued. I understand that some people can be naturally submission and have low self-confidence. I understand that with help and ca [...]

    6. I fell in love with Alicia right away. I can relate to her so much. Who hasn't had someone make them feel like nothing. The town of Chance is so helpful to her especially those Gordon brothers who doesn't love them. I would love to live in a place like Chance why don't we have anything like that? The story was great as usual along with an amazing character line up. Can't wait to read the next one!

    7. I like Dixie Lynn Dwyer but I could not stand Alicia. I can not even begin with explaining how she worked on my last nerve. I just wanted to scream at her. I just stopped reading at page 24 and I always finish my books but I'm not finishing this one. I just can't. So I'm starting the third book and hope that will be better.

    8. IDK why I read these books they always feel like smutty disney movies to me. We have the Princess/OTT damsel in distress, the OTT villain, OTT alpha heroes. Always the same in these books but I keep buying them. I won't even lie and say I didn't enjoy it. It like reading the most ridiculous soap opera. Guilty pleasure for sure.

    9. I think this is the third book I've read by this author and in literally every single one there has been an ex-boyfriend/stalker trying to kidnap and rape the h. (which I hate)Also, the dialogue was stilted and unnatural. I doubt I will ever read any more of her books.

    10. CuteMonroe, Caldwell, and Max see Alicia and immediately want to make her theirs, she had problems trusting due to her past boyfriend and brother putting her down can she overcome her issues to love these three alpha men

    11. Fun, sexy read about three brothers falling in love with a sweet woman and having a manège relationship.

    12. ok read. The h. kind of annoyed me a lot, in the beginning, and the men was acted liked wuss, but it got better through the book

    13. This story was just ok for me. Alicia was too much of a door-mat and too wishy-washy.The story was very predictable.
