    1. I was so excite to buy this hardcover book in the Daikanyama Tsutaya in Tokyo. It looked like a beautiful book with great little places to visit. The second day of owning I ventured out on my bike to find three of the locations mentioned. I was so disappointed to only find one still in business. I would understand if it was an old book, but this one was just published. Not only did I waste my money but my time. Also the binding is already falling apart and I have only a few times. 2. No idea if places still exist as I imagine Tokyo to be a chameleon. My rating reflects points on style. This book is stylish and cute. Reading over shops and interviews, the city seems to be teeming with unique, creative artisans. I am enthused about Tokyo.

    3. Great guide to Tokyo. Although I borrowed this from the library I'm pretty sure I will have to buy my own copy to use the information

    4. Beautifully designed and laid out, but I was disappointed to find a number of places marked as permanently closed on Google. it looks like a new edition of the book may be due.
