    1. I am going to preface this by saying that in actually I read each book separately, however I read them straight back to back with no pause and never stopped to write my critique to do so now is too difficult so thought it would be better placed here.I am not one much for the zombie apocalypse that are so popular at this time. However,. this particular story has something different within its story arc that I do find to be very interesting. Any who have read my critiques know I will not write of [...]

    2. Not what I was hoping forI'm not a fan of zombie stories, but i thought this trilogy sounded interesting. It started off great with Waverly coming into her powers and the reader catching glimpses of what was to come. The middle book was filled with backstabbing (literal and figurative) and grew quite boring. The 3rd book started off interesting again with Waverly imprisoned, but 1/3 of the way in I found myself skimming thru the betrayal and death and useless murdering. The "romances" we're WAY [...]

    3. One of my favourite things is to curl up with a great series and consume some fiction that grabs my imagination and keeps me turning the pages in spite of all the other work that needs to be done around me. This was one of those books. If you love a bit of Sci-Fi in your fiction, you will truly enjoy this mystery. The author did a great job of character development and of making one want to continue to turn pages right to the very end.

    4. Book folk never ask the right questions or cotton on quick enough BUT I really enjoyed this trilogy and read it all in 2 days. Though fans of the post apocalyptic genre will recognize plenty of themes the book is very well written and the story just unique enough to make it fresh. Loved it. Just bought the next 3 and can't wait to get stuck in

    5. GoodThis is a very good book. Full of action, mystery, friendships, and love. A book about what could happen in a future of the horrors that people will endure. So get your copy and enjoy reading.

    6. Simply put, this is the best "zombie apocalypse" setting I have ever read. It's built to be very possible even, and maybe especially, the way the world currently is.While technically Young Adult literature, this series is deep and complex enough to satisfy adult readers as well.

    7. Loved this series. The characters were amazing and so was the plot. Had some good twists that were not given away as you read. I was actually surprised when things connected.

    8. This was another book that I could not get on with. I could not put my finger on why, but after half an hour I had to put it away.

    9. Starboard AscensionHope springs eternal on this Zombie apocalypse series. A twist is the Starborn genetics that become viable when great need arises.
