    1. The best in the series yet!The authors writing capabilities are top notch. The back story of Nelson will keep you turning the pages until well into the night. So be prepared for an awesome adventure. As I read I often wonder which character the writer identifies with the most. He keeps me guessing since the POV of each character is so different and yet so real. How does he do that? I hope Eric writes many more books because he is becoming one of my favorite authors. To me, that means I buy his b [...]

    2. Apocalyptic characters at their finest. This series is my favorite of all the zombie series I read. I love them all, but this lovable cast of characters have a special place in my heart. They are like a part of my family. If you read my review of Dead Hunger: The Reign of Isis you will understand. Eric Shelman makes you love and cheer on this group. It's hard to believe that l am fixing to start the last one. I have been saving and sort of dreading reading it because it will be the end of this se [...]

    3. Another excellent book my Mr. Shelman. I've always found Nelson to be one of my favorite characters in the series, so I'm glad he got his own book. If you're a fan of the rest of the series you wont be disappointed. If you haven't read the other books, I recommend you start back at the first one and read your way through. Well worth the time, and you'll fall in love with the characters. On a side note, I'm very sad that there's only one more book coming, but I'm sure it will be awesome and do th [...]

    4. Mr. Shelman does it again. Just when you thought you knew someone, in this case Nelson, you find out the real depth of his character in this book. Mr. Shelman has always brought his characters to life but he really knocked it out of the park this time. This book was a real page turner. I stayed up all night because I couldn't put the book down. It was well worth it. Looking forward to more books by this incredibly talented author.

    5. Everybody's favourite hippy-stoner-genius Nelson Moore takes us on a thrill ride in this latest installment in the series. Found out how Nelson managed to find his way through the apocalypse to meet up with Flex, Gem and Co. You'll laugh, you'll cry you'll be sick to your stomach as you are taken through another twisted tale from the mind of the master Eric A Shelman.

    6. I loved this book in the great Dead Hunger series. Eric A Shelman's characters have you rooting for them as you get to know the back stories of their journey to where they are now in the apocalypse. I'm going to be very sorry for the series ending as there is only one more book to go.

    7. NelsonLoved the read! This book tells the story from Nelsons experience. Eric Shelman says that there is one more chronicle before the end of the series. I am looking forward to the last one. But I am going to miss the characters in the series.

    8. EightGreat read, great characters, everything's happening so fast you can't put it down.Read all the books before this one and their all great, really great,so buy them already!
