    1. it's ok - if you have nothing else to read, read it. it contained at least 3 editing typos which really bugs me!

    2. What sounded like a delightful and devilishly good plot only turned out to be quite tame and almost disapointing it wasn't delivered with enough flare or excitment. It came to a point where I almost didn't care what happened to the main character and her husbands relationship and while I knew I was supposed to be enthralled by the fact the mistress is on holiday with our leading lady and she didn't even know it, I just never quite got into it and was willing the book to end. I feel guilty saying [...]

    3. My review, age 12:"This book started off looking really good, but I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would. It was still semi-good though. The bit at the end about Gina’s elderly mother is kind of stupid, so that made me like it less."That pretty much sums up my memories of this book! I also didn't like the fact that Astley feels the need to make all of her female teen characters sexually active. And the teenage son was such a jerk; why would anyone want to read about him? I think I ski [...]

    4. A typical fluffy, chick lit book but really funny and very entertaining. I zipped through this book in about a week and will definitely read more of Judy Astley's books as they are light and frothy but with enough plot and humour to fill the gap between 'heavier' books - either in number of pages or subject matter!

    5. really enjoy Judy Astley's books, I like her style of writing, she writes about family life and the problems along the way. I appreciate her humour and honesty. This one about a couple and their children's return holiday to the Caribbean with the same crowd of people.Judy tells a good story and sets the scene well, always plenty of characters to amuse.Recommended.

    6. This is a good easy read but its ending is the best part, it has a proper ending that makes the book feel finished and not hanging. The middle body of the book is perhaps a bit weak in story line but it's still enjoyable. The characters are likeable and the teens are accurate to teenagers strops.

    7. Fun, relaxing holiday read. I read it while nursing a tension headache and it successfully distracted me from the pain!

    8. Great easy holiday reading! Didn't take much concentration and was a bit predictable, but like I said easy reading!
