    1. Lots of good ideas to help plan all manner of adventure trips. Divides recommendations into ~100 categories, each 2-4 pages in length, such as: mountain quests, most spectacular rock climbs, most stellar star-lit adventures (i.e. dark skies), biking and hiking, ultimate train rides, tribal encounters, best city hikes, bouldering, river rafting, skiing, caving, sailing, equine trips, and many more.     2. I love to armchair travel in the winter months! And so it was great fun to read through 1000 different adventures I could be experiencing whilst it drizzles outside. This is the perfect book for travel inspiration and ideas BUT it is not a travel book for advice, trip details, or destination info. Just sayin.
