    1. 2.65 starsIn the case of Katrina(Kat) and Tommy Croston(Crux), I think flashbacks to when they first met and when Kat was a little girl would have added more development to the plot of this installment of Trinity Falls Saga. Instead, Kat's father becomes a threat after being quiet for 15 years, coming back with a crazy weak motive while Crux and Kat have entered a turning point of a waiting years only to finally have a child. The reader gets intimate scenes of their marriage bed, and bits of des [...]

    2. 3.5-4 StarsI'm usually negative Nelly when a book has a rash of 5 Stars but in this case I'm the exact opposite. I really liked this book and though it's not my favorite of the series, I didn't think it was bad whatsoever. I am anxiously anticipating Reaper and Lee's book because although he talks a lot of shit about her, we learn how much he actually does care about Lee. She of course adores him. Gin was back and still a great friend while Zeke popped in every now and then. Kat wasn't as kickas [...]

    3. I really loved this series. Mara McBain has written in these books about the failings of some of the worst of humanity using compassion and empathy for the victims of such horrid actions as incest, rape, human trafficking and child abuse. She has written a strong brotherhood/extended family in her Lords of Mayhem showing how love, loyalty and support can help to face the worst and heal the soul. I really liked the interplay with the police through Zeke as club president and a police detective an [...]

    4. Club Scars is about yet another club member and his new familyd a baby that becomes the center of a monster's plan of revenge for a past transgression. This third book, as with all of the others was exciting and emotional. All three of these books make an epic saga of a family and club life and show it in a way very different from many of the MC series I have read. The Trinity Falls series is not for those who only like sweet romance is gritty and hard-hitting and real down to earth.**** 5 ***** [...]

    5. This was a pretty good story even though it lacked the flow and action of the first two. One of the main sticking points for me was Crux threatening to give Kat a fat lip. Both Zeke and Mox both threatened and gave a smack on the ass a few times but not threatened real violence especially with women who grew up abused as all of the women in this series did. It just wasn't necessary IMO. You can be a bad ass alpha male without that, and it didn't really seem to fit his character either. In every [...]

    6. CruxKat~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~For years, Kat and Crux have found solace in each other. Neither had a happy childhood, and the scars from those experiences continue to haunt them. When their son, Cam, is born, their family is finally complete and they are determined to give their little boy the best life possible. This should be the happiest time of their lives and a fresh start for their Lords family. There is just one problem: In Trinity Falls, the past never stays buried long…The bogeyman is re [...]

    7. I really liked this book!! The characters are awesome and theres never a dull moment! This could have been a 5* read but the editing wasnt that great and there were ALOT of times were I was confused on who's POV I was reading. There should have been a space between each POV and each change of scene.

    8. Enjoyed previous works from this author and like most fans l was waiting with anticipation and bought the book as soon as it was on amazon , it was living up to my expectations and the chemistry and dialogue were just fabulous and then it happened.out of the blue RACIST LANGUAGE Really why ? How ? e you kidding .l don't care if Reaper is some Bad boy , hell l welcome it in my romance novels but racist NO t cool at all .To be clear I'm not Asian but the C word is unacceptable equally as much as [...]

    9. Omg My favourite so far. As you can tell because I'm doing a review I don't do reviews unless I think it needs one.Little baby cam. Bless his innocence. Babies. No what situation ur reading or you r in Makes u want one. Anywho going onThe history behind the main characters in all the books is heart breaking. All I can say is thank fcuk my family is loving.Kat is such a strong women through out this book. Her main fear is being a good mum to cam, however kat feels that she is failing. Which is so [...]

    10. Another great readif you want a good biker read, Mara McBain writes them. you get sucked right into the lives of the Mayhem MC boys and their women in this great series. these guys are rough and tough and control their women exactly as they want them. Their soft spots are few and far between them but they love and protect their family and friends fiercely. This story is about Crux and Kat, and it revisits the trauma and abuse that Kat lived with before she met Crux and her life after 15 years wi [...]

    11. Holy snaps I don't know where to begin with this book! The father and his brother should have been strung up on the ceiling by their ball sacks! While shark hooks deeply fused under the muscles, slowly peeled the first layer of skin off. My heart broke for Kat and Crux having to face a parents worst nightmare! Long live the MC brothers of Trinity Falls, can they adopt me?? I'll claim umm Murphy, ohh that's right the bikers has to claim us women first! But still it would be nice to know his story [...]

    12. This is another brilliant read from this series and cant get enough of Trinity Falls What Kat and Crux has gone through in life would anyone else give up but they have stuck together and they love regardless for what Kat's father put her through he is just evil and when some people would look at Crux and think that about him (dont judge a book) he is not a hearts and flowers man but wow what to have a man that love like him he has his own demons but he has Kat to help overcome them too they just [...]

    13. 2.5 This one didn't engage me like the first two. Repetitive scenes, lack of action, and the abusive condoned behavior between the h/H didn't set well with me. I felt the story more told me what was happening then showed me. I also felt the hero didn't factor in just how damaged his wife and ignored to many incidents that led to the main conflict.

    14. Mara brought back my love for the Lord's in Club Scars. I LOVED Club Justice but Club Ties fell short for me so I was skeptical for Scars. Thank heavens it delivered because I really do enjoy these characters and can't wait to get more of them. Reaper and Rhys have to be next!

    15. DNF. I guess there's a first time for everything. This book just wasn't doing it for me at all, so I decided to cut my losses. It gets one star for a great cover, and the fact that I like this group of characters.

    16. I loved the first two books in this series but Club Scars fell way short of my expectations. It was incredibly boring and lacked the gritty, intense drive and tone of the prior two books. Very disappointing after waiting a year for the release.

    17. Wow. Just, WOW! I loved this trilogy. SOA is a fairytale compated to this! What in the hell I am going to read now?!

    18. A must read bookI have read all 3 books from this author and I hope she writes more from this series A awesome book

    19. Wow, I found that one really intense, I took a lot of breaks from it, a sexual deviant rapist father is a tough story to read.

    20. Not as good as the first two books. Needed more history to clarify the current events. Love this author and will five her another shot
