This exciting children’s book is a great crossover from young “kids” books to early “chapter” books that young children can read themselves.The storyline is well thought out and easy to follow.     3. I think it's such a gift when one can write a book for children. The Potawatomi Boy is a great book that will educate children about different cultures and teach children about building friendships. I think this is a good educational tool that any teacher, mother and home school teacher should consider adding to their library. The illustrations are done very well. I was given a copy of this book for my honest review

    4. As a homeschool mom, I'm always on the lookout for books that will appeal to kids while being educational. Lickel's book Green Leaf, The Potawatomi Boy, is great. The story keeps kids interested while teaching them about Indians, friendship, and being neighbors. I highly recommend this book.

    6. Lisa did a great job on this book and I like the view of history. The moral lesson about getting along with others is invaluable. This book would be a nice supplement to your child's education. Also, I like the glossary and 'find the hidden picture' page.
