    1. I have to admit that this was a case of the author preaching to the converted. I always believed that Bush should have been impeached and that Blair should have been removed from office, and still today that both should be prosecuted for leading two nations to war on false pretences. This book, comprehensively well written and put together, confirms those beliefs. However, it helped me to see that Bush was guilty of far more, not least his failure to mobilise resources in the face of Hurricane K [...]
