    1. I have damn no idea how to rate this book. First of all, it wasn't bad as many of the Phantom of the Opera fanfics are. But was it good?It's not quite a modern retelling, at last, not completely. But it does the story about the Phantom. The so-called true story, since the main hero isn't that Phantom we used to know.Author created her own Erik, similar to Gaston Leroux's character (with almost the same background, including Christine and underground home), but at the same time different.
