For Romanian poetry, the late '90s and early 2000s was quite a harvest period - at least half a dozen anthologies of the poetry of the past decades (and not only) have been released in a short period of time. Laurențiu Ulici, Marin Mincu, Florin Șindrilaru are the most well-known examples of authors who put out these massive books, but the most underrated is certainly Constantin Abăluță. Known especially as a poet and less as a critic, Abăluță comes here with an eccentric anthology cover [...]
