    1. I absolutely loved this book from page one. It flowed wonderfully and all the characters made me either hate them or love them which to me is the secret to a good book if you want to go inside a book and become one with it first you must have some feelings for the characters involved whether it is love or hate. When this book was finished I wanted to start it all over again and I live in hope that the author will one day return to the land of Ever so I too can once again visit this wonderful pla [...]

    2. Wizard of Oz meets Looper meets who knows what else. Wow, what a dark and twisted adventure. I couldn't put it down!

    3. An interesting and constantly changing story. At times the story felt disjointed, jumping from one moment to the next a little too quickly. I feel the ending may disappoint some, but I liked it.

    4. When I was a kid, I was sick with a high temperature one night, and I was sitting on the cough watching The Sorcerer's Apprentice on TV. In my feverish delirium I honestly thought I was losing my mind.Reading this book, I started to think back to that time. The land of Ever has to be one of the weirdest, scariest, yet wonderful places ever invented in a book of this kind. The feeling you get is one of amazement for the scenery, and feelings of sympathy and loathing for the various characters dep [...]

    5. Holy wow. I went into this book not knowing really anything about it, and so it started out for me as yet another run-of-the-mill, end-of-the-world novel. I had NO IDEA what I was in for! This book is like The Wizard of Oz meets Weaveworld meets Stepen King on a BAD day, on some serious steroids!! By far, one of the most epic journeys I have ever had the pleasure of partaking in! I would certainly not mind reading more about the adventures in Ever (asuming there could be any!).If you get the chan [...]

    6. 3.5***** I likes the style and unknown plot. I liked the character 'Titch' and the introduction to the world. However I felt there needed to be more character building/backstory and by the end of the novel I felt there was just too much happening. If you want a young adult style book filled with LOTS of adult content then this is for you. I would even go far to say this should be classed as New Adult Dark Fiction. I think I will be picking up Deadlight to compare the two.

    7. Very well written. I was pleasantly surprised by how captivating the storyline was. The cast of characters were personable and easily related to. The perils and dangers encountered by the group were sometimes shocking, but well written and always a surprise. I only wish this could have been a series, because the world of Ever is a fun and exciting place to immerse yourself in.

    8. Many twists and turns in this one. Great imagination and the ending will blow your mind. You have to read it all and a hard book to put down for too long.

    9. This book is crazy and weird. It has some horrible scenes, but it was Sooo good! I had a difficult time putting it down.

    10. Not Impressed Between the annoying characters and the daft plot, the only thing horrifying about this was the fact that I managed to get all the way through it.
