    1. Pure romantic fantasy—I lapped it up! How this romance enfolds is the way I imagine some women would have liked their first times—having sex and falling in love—to be. Virginal, former shrinking violet finds true love with a handsome, wealthy and more experienced older man? Yes, please. The fantasy is appealing but what makes this concept work is the believable execution. I liked how Violet and Leo's relationship evolved over several months with them actually getting to know one another th [...]

    2. I adored watching the heroine grow into a beautiful, strong and courageous woman. It was a delight that she went from meek mouse to sassy woman. I liked Leo to, especially all his thoughts at the end of the novel, wondering if she would love him. It was well written and totally adorable.

    4. This was an okay story. I liked the heroine's resolve at the beginning of the novel and I felt sympathetic towards her at the beginning of the book due to her history - which I think lots of people can relate to. I didn't like, however, that despite telling herself that she's only after sex, all it took was one encounter with the lead male, Leo, for her to fall deeply in love with him. That's just one of my pet peeves in romance stories because it's so unrealistic and just so stupid. It makes th [...]

    5. So Violet I kinda understood, even though I thought the story was shallow. Lots of people have extremely bad acne and they never have the money to remove the scarring. I think that I would have enjoyed this story more if she was viewed as beautiful with the scarring. I think that this story equates physical beauty within socially acceptable parameters as a sign of being a worthy person and I disagree with that sentiment. Oh and can the guy she likes be any more paternalistic? He was so annoying. [...]

    6. un poco soso, para ser sincera. Y me sorprende, he leído otros libros de esta autora y han estado mejores.

    7. this one was a disappointing miranda lee autobuy author for mee whole story was so meh.i skipped most of it so cant say much about it.

    9. She wants to get rid of her virginity before the year is out. My least favorite kin dof hero. He is a Hollywood director, 40 years old and twice divorced. She has acne scars.

    10. She loved him but he didn't know it and he loved her but he didn't know it either. Then it hit him "I love her". What a change to have an older man 40 to her 25. Love that being the case.

    11. I saw this in a box of unread books and thought it would be a nice, easy read to finish the year. IT WAS NOT. In fact, IT WAS HORRIBLE and reminded me of why I don't enjoy these books anymore. I deliberately didn't read the blurb and dove straight into it. However, as soon as I saw "movie producer", I knew I would hate it. There are some tropes I should stay away from and "Hollywood" ones are at the top of the list. So this is the book - twice divorced, 40 year old movie producer seduces 25 year [...]

    12. You've got Violet, who is a clever, witty, genius but who is painfully shy and anti-social. She had a scare and is looking to take control of her life and go out there and lose her virginity. She meets Leo, her bosses twice-married, 40-year-old son and decides he's the one. Only he feels too old and too worldly for her, so he resistsd when he doesn't, he does all he can to avoid breaking her heart, knowing that she's young and naive and too likely to lose her heart. But that sort of backfires an [...]

    14. Master of Her Virtue is the twenty-third stand-alone romance by Australian author, Miranda Lee. For some perfectly valid reasons, Violet Green is still a virgin at twenty-five. But after a close call with death just after Christmas, Violet makes a New Year’s resolution to change all that by the following New Year. Accepting an invitation to her boss, Henry’s New Year’s Eve party is just the first step. When Henry’s twice-divorced son, Leo attaches himself to Violet, she’s incredulous. [...]

    15. I LOVED this book !!! Miranda Lee is one of my favorite HP/harlequin author and she didn't disoppoint me this time either. Absolutely one of her BEST and now one of my all time favorite HP. Older man/younger woman is one of my favorite theme and in this book heroine is 25 and hero is 40. I wish there were more of them.

    16. A good story that dragged on a bit. During a airplane emergency a twenty-five year old comes to the conclusion that it's time to branch out and lose her virginity. Her target is her boss's forty year old director son. Once the decision is made things move fairly quickly but the relationship gets bogged down in too much rhetoric.

    17. I really enjoyed that the story built from a base of getting to know you and progressed into love. A lot of stories just seem to skip the part where people actually spend time getting to know each other's thoughts and ideas.Lovely read.

    18. boring and dull story. I don't like the heroine, such a stupid girl. I want to quit reading after a few chapters. A big disappointment of Miranda's books.

    19. Ended up liking it way more than the initial 9 pages reaction The love story improved and the female lead was not as annoying as I thought! Pretty good read considering what it is!

    20. Surprised the Snow White/Prince Charming aspect wasn't pushed on the cover. This is a modern fairytale between a wealthy, amazingly handsome film producer and his father's brainy literary assistant.
