    1. This was a really cute book. Even though it was set in high school I enjoyed it still. Rylie finally has gotten what she wanted, to be noticed by the cutest boy in school, and they are going to prom together. But, she has to earn money for her dress first. Getting a jig babysitting each Friday she soon finds out that the girl she is watching is none other than the sister to the boy who teases her all the time at school, Colby. But he really what he seems?Cute and clean!

    2. I was first introduced to this series when I read and reviewed Candid by Michelle Pennington. In this novella, we get a little glimpse into the life of Rylie who thought she knew what she wanted but then changed her mind when she realized that it really wasn't what she wanted after all.I just loved this little snippet of love. It was perfectly dreamy. My daughter is going to eat it up. Seriously, is there anything sexier than a hot boy who can sing and play the guitar? And he sings for you? To y [...]

    3. This is a sweet, clean young adult/teen romance. It is suitable for all ages. It is a stand-alone novella. It is a quick read. I didn't notice too many errors. I really enjoyed the storyline. It was a nice, light read, suitable for all ages. I highly recommend it.

    4. 3.5 StarsThis novella is a sweet romance that tells the story of Rylie and Colby. Rylie's mother wants her to learn the value of a dollar so she's making her work to earn money to go to the prom. Rylie's mom gets her a job babysitting a co-workers daughter. The co-worker happens to be Colby's step-mom. Rylie's social status has soared because of a blog post and she has her dream date to the prom with Brian, a popular guy who she has had a crush on for awhile. After a few weeks babysitting and sp [...]

    5. I absolutely love Michelle Pennington's "True Images" series. I am having a hard time identifying specifically what I like so much about it. The first book, "Candid," attracted me because it was about a high school photojournalist. This is something I did in high school and could relate to that. This second book alludes to the power of the photograph, but that really isn't the main plot to the story. Still, I loved it. It was fresh and clean, yet dealt with teen issues. This is a series I would [...]

    6. I was in the mood for some junk food for the brain; something short and really easy to read, but still entertaining. Well, I certainly found it in this book. It was a quick simple read, but still a great story with captivating characters. It was a very sweet romance told in a way that allowed me to experience the emotions of the characters not just read about them.

    7. Super cuteRylie was an every girl. I think every girl has been where she found herself doing stuff (even innocent and harmless stuff) to get noticed only to realize that wasn't what she really wanted. This was a cute story about a girl who finally realized what she really wanted.

    8. This cute high school romance was a quick, fun read. The characters are engaging, the plot was fast enough paced to not let the reader lose interest. It was a fun way to show that what we think we want so bad, sometimes isn't as great as it seemed when we actually get it.

    9. This is a novella that is part of the true images book #2 Focus. Riley gets asked to prom by Brian who she thinks she likes until she gets to know Colby while babysitting his little sister. This is a sweet YA romance that I would recommend to any teenager.

    10. This is short and sweet. But still satisfying. Well written. The characters are ones in which you can relate to. Memories. Clean.

    11. I immediately was drawn into the book. It's an easy read (took a little over an hour to read). It was a little too short, I would have loved more. A great clean, teen romance.
