    1. Since the truce between the old and new gods has put a temporary stop to the huge number of casualties that Petra's MASH unit have been trained to deal with things have been a little quieter for Petra and her colleagues. The lull in emergencies has left more time for them to get back to being normal doctors though and Petra is enjoying having the chance to work with regular patients again. Life is pretty good until her lover Galen is called back to work to lead his team on a super secret mission [...]

    4. Petra, also known as Dr. Robichaud, part human, part fairy, is drafted to a M*A*S*H unit into an unknown realm called limbo for a war between the new and old gods. With the future of earth hanging in the balance, hiding her ability to see the dead, is only the beginning of a long list of problems she deals with on a daily basis. Hoping to relax a little with the temporary cease-fire, Petra could not have been more wrong with the series of events she faces in her new life.Marc, a dragon shifter, [...]

    5. Love and life always come with risks, but some may be too highDr. Petra Robichaud is living in a supernatural world serving as a healer to soldiers that are wounded and need saving from the scars of battle. There is a war being waged between two forces that see their end as right and just with no sign of either side giving in or considering a truce. Petra has already lost one lover to the ravages of war and her current amore’ just told her he is shipping out, they are breaking up with no plans [...]

    6. This is a unique series about a MASH unit during a war between gods. Can one mortal 1/2 fairy and a demi-god make a difference in the course of the war while finding love? One of my favorite TV shows as a kid was MASH. I loved watching the re-runs that played on my local station. Reading this book brought back happy childhood memories. As for this book, it has some great characters along with a unique storyline. Steam and laughs abound as we follow the heroine through the prophecies that herald a [...]

    7. I have been a huge fan of Angie every since I stumbled across her Demon Slayer series, which by the way are wicked good books. Check them out!The second installent in the new series, sequel to "Immortally Yours", has everything Angie's fans have come to love about her writing/stories - humor, sexiness, and action. She's highly creative with her characters and plots. Example - a pregnant Medusa. Yeah, wrap your head around that one. :)Since I'm not one for spoilers, I won't say WHO is keeping Pet [...]

    8. Get ready for the best steamy sex scenes this side of Hades because Angie Fox does not disappoint. In Immortally Embraced, the second in Fox’s Monster MASH series, Dr. Petra Robichaud’s heart is broken when Demi God Commander Galen of Delphi is sent back to war on a classified mission. Just when Petra thinks the gods have damned her for eternity, her long lost love, Marc, returns, ten years after Petra thought he was dead. When Marc asks Petra for a favor – sneak into enemy territory and c [...]

    9. Angie's story, Immortally Embraced, provides great entertainment from start to finish. We open with the heroine caring for a pregnant Medusa (who would have thought Medusa would be concerned about 'going soft' with pregnancy?!) then progress through an amazing world of mortals and immortals, fighting a war and falling in love. Petra's roommates and friends are fun (I just love Rodger with his collection of sci-fi figurines!) and the challenging romance she has with Marc is full of ups and downs [...]

    10. Absolutly fun! Angie has done it again! I love this series even more than Demon Slayer. It was a little different than the first book, but I MUST read the third now that I'm at the end. Thank goodness I have it already loaded in my nook. If you love fun romances with lots of paranormal and a little comedy, these are the books for you. I'm gonna go read the next one now.

    11. My Snopsis: "When do you leave?" "In an hour." My eyes flew open. "What?"Petra and Galen knew their days together were numbered, however, neither would have imagined to have so few. The saying, "Here today, Gone tomorrow." was never more true than when there's a war underfoot. "We can't see each other anymore.() Don't hold back your life the way you did before I met you. You were only existing." His fingers skimmed my cheek. "More than anything I want you to live, even if I can't be there with y [...]

    13. Originally published at Reading RealityThe over-the-top snarky humor is every bit as much in evidence in this second installment of Angie Fox’s Monster M*A*S*H series as it was in the first book, Immortally Yours. But Immortally Embraced is definitely the second book in a trilogy, and as such, is a whole lot darker than book one, in spite of starting during a truce in the centuries-long war between the new gods and the old gods.Starting out with a pregnant Medusa was screamingly funny. Petra [...]

    14. Review originally posted on my blog: A Book ObsessionDespite the ceasefire the gods have called, Dr. Petra Robichaud is busier than ever in her MASH Unit. But hey, the life experience is worth it right? I mean who else can say that they are the doctor to the pregnant Medusa? Still, life has been pretty good the past several weeks as she's had her lover, Galen by her side due to a tricky paperwork issue keeping him off the front lines. But they say all good things must come to an end, and Galen i [...]

    16. I read and reviewed book #1 Immortally Yours and loved it. Angie Fox is known for her light, humorous, and smexy romance series Accidental Demon Slayer. For her M.A.S.H. trilogy she decided to take a walk on the dark side. She has crafted a wonderfully original world where unbeknownst to humans, the old gods and the new gods (of all religions) are fighting it out in limbo and the fate of Earth depends on the outcome. The gods/goddesses have pulled certain humans some with supernatural talents in [...]

    17. Review courtesy of All Things Urban FantasyI was excited to read IMMORTALLY EMBRACED. After IMMORTALLY YOURS, I was expecting some clever humor and a bit of emergency room action, at the very least. Luckily, I got even more! In the Monster M*A*S*H series, Angie Fox has created an interesting landscape with a fun premise (supernatural doctors!) and with IMMORTALLY EMBRACED, this is a case when the second book is as good, if not better, than the first. If I am being completely honest here, when I s [...]

    19. 3.5 StarsSorry to see MASH off air? Check out Immortally Embraced, a nice take on a beautiful young doctor in the same situation. Angie Fox brings another fun read packed with myth and emotion.Petra is back, still patching up these poor humans and demigods alongside a pregnant Medusa. Her work keeps her busy and her gift hidden, all the while demanding she continue to fulfill the prophecies. No more Galen, instead Immortally Embraced brings a blast from her past. Marc is back, he was briefly men [...]

    20. I liked this novel much more than the first novel of the series and found it easier to connect to Marc as a love interest for Petra than Galen. Still, I felt like I had whiplash. Galen ends things with Petra and tells her to go on with her life. She is devastated. According to novel one, she loves him with her heart and soul. Then her first love Marc, presumed dead for ten years, shows up, and while Petra has some real anger issues that keep them apart more or less throughout the novel, Galen is [...]

    21. We're back with Dr. Petra Robichaud and her MASH company of assorted paranormal associates (say THAT 3 times fast. LOL) Now that a temporary cease fire is in affect, Petra is dealing with everyday needs of ailing demigods/goddesses, etc. Etc. being a pregnant Medusayou know, the gorgon with snakes for hair! What fun! So Petra starts a lab looking for a potion that will help sedate Gods and Goddesses, the current surgical means is grit your teeth, we're going in! While she is finding love with he [...]

    22. Dr. Petra Robichaud’s lost much in this immortal, immoral, eternal God’s war and she’s about to loose more when her new lover, Galen is called back to active duty and breaks up with her before he goes. She should be used to loosing, she lost her first love to this ungodly war. But she’ll buck up and go on treating her patients in the 3063rd MASH unit. She won’t have time to mourn him because she’s about ready to be front and center in another of the Oracles’ prophecies and if that [...]

    23. I'm not sure how I feel about this bookI mean, I enjoyed it, but the direction the series is going in has me a little confused.Book 1 (Immortally Yours), has Petra falling in love with Galen of Delphi complete with "I love yous" and "I can't imagine not being with yous".Book 2 (Immortally Embraced) has Petra hooking up with her supposedly dead ex-boyfriend (who was only her ex because of the supposed deadness) and Galen had just broken up with her so that he doesn't accidentally spill that she c [...]

    24. Second book of the Monster MASH series by Angie Fox. Love the humor. It's a unique story line and I am waiting to see what happens in this war of the gods.Mild spoilers follow*********after really enjoying Immortally Yours, I found Immortally Embraced a little puzzling. HEA in book one and now a new guy in book two? I found it difficult to warm up to this new relationship mostly because I didn't want to let go of the first one (Galen). And I kept expecting Galen to show up at some inappropriate [...]

    25. Dr. Petra Robichaud is a surgeon in a MASH unit to an army of Gods warring amongst themselves. The story begins as her current lover is telling her goodbyeobably forever and then he immediately leaves. This is the second time this sort of a farewell has occurred. The first time was with a long time lover, Mark. She thought that he had died in the war. When Mark appears back in her life the sparks and action take off. I liked the characters and enjoyed the action and the supporting characters. Th [...]

    26. WTF? I just couldn't read anymore. Galen leaves to go on a secret mission and breaks up with her. That's it after that scene when he leaves her there is no more Galen in this book. Then her ex come back and its like she forgot about Galen. Then at the end she is still with Marc. I didn't like it. Makes the first book feel worthless, didn't like the direction the book was going. I wanted to read about Petra and Galen and continue their love story. I can just see this leading to a love triangle. N [...]

    27. I enjoyed greatly this book. I just don't know what to think about this change in Petra's love life. It was amazing that Marc, her first love, his alice and working for the enemy - in the old gods armies. It's obvious they love each other yet, despite the 10 years that separated then and Galen, that broke up with Petra.I was glad for Petra and Marc but, what about Galen? From book 3 synopsis, all is not finishedI really enjoye the secondary characters in this series, they are so cool!

    28. With unique storylines, fantastic world-building and characters that you can't help but love because of all their quirks, this series has grown to be one of my new favorite series. This book took a shocking turn that I'm not sure how I feel about it. I have grown to love some characters and a shift in this book kind of threw me for a loop. Anxiously awaiting the next book to see what happens with Petra and her love life.

    29. 3.5 Stars. A well written, well developed paranormal romance, set in Limbo during wartime. The characters are emotive and interact brilliantly with moments of extreme hilarity and detail the depth of the plot. This is book two, these books can be read as stand alone stories but it is more enjoyable to get the big picture by reading Immortally Yours first.
