    1. For any Edwards fan this book is a lot of fun. The first three sections of the book were brilliant. I have studied a lot of Edwards and his contemporary representative John Piper. Kyle Strobel masterfully and I think faithfully pieced Edwards's theology together in ways that left me re-inspired by the greatest theologian the church has ever produced (IMO). Thanks to Strobel, some of the ideas of Edwards that appeared as sketches in my mind, some with little empty spaces where I had yet to think [...]

    2. Strobel aptly shows the theocentricity of Edwards's theology. I particularly enjoyed his chapter on Edwards's view of heaven.
