    1. For the third year in a row, I've read a daily devotional by Chris Tiegreen. Last year and the year before, I read The One Year God with Us Devotional: 365 Daily Bible Readings to Empower Your Faith, which was a Christmas gift. "Walk With God" was every bit as good as that one.These two formats include, along with the daily reading, a scripture reference and a relevant quote from (usually) some person of faith we'd recognize.     2. I want to like this, I really do but so many of his narratives seem so far off base for me. He talks so much like he knows the world so well but I guess maybe he knows a different world than I do. I feel as if he has no clue about the world
