    1. A little shallow and mean-spirited, but with a few surprising elements thrown in that demonstrates a genuine care about contemporary art. It isn't just a screed, which is what I worried when I bought it. But it isn't much more than a screed either. It's a quick read denouncing modern art and attempting to explain what art actually is.
