    2. I must admit the cover art with its Amelia Earhart look was part of the appeal of this book for me. But that was only the initial lure. This book grabbed me from the start right through to the finish. In the opening pages, Elizabeth writes in her journal that the love of her life has just died by her own hand. It wasn't a murder but an accident for which Elizabeth feels responsible. Both Elizabeth and her lover, Ted are seriously injured in the accident but Elizabeth recovers whereas Ted does no [...]

    3. Paul Alexander’s masterful characterization will leave you breathless from the onset. This book is written beautifully and delicately. They say great art leaves you changed after the experience, and Elizabeth's Secret’s is a testament to this truth. This is one of the best books I’ve read in years. I loved the author and cursed him for making me cry so early in the book. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE! I cry at the end, maybe the last quarter of a book, but never in the beginning. I [...]

    4. I got Elizabeth's secrets as a first reads book. This is a book that written by someone who likes to fly. If your interest is in small planes, this may be a book that you would like. As for me, there were moments in the book I found interesting but they got bogged down in the details. This is a very detail rich book and at times, I found that the details got in the way of the story. This book needs a good hard edit.

    5. started off a little confusing, figured out early who was responsible. lots of aviation, but told in a way the lay man could understand. Enjoyable book and he wrote as if he had been an abuse victim.

    6. Loved it butPretty darn good readI did find Elizabeth a little TOO annoying at times, so much so I wanted to slap some sense into her !
