    1. What a wonderful spin on the idiocy of the health nazis! Prin is a baker's son who must flee when his family is arrested by the Health Watch Inquisitors. He leads us on a wayward path that finds a magician, a tin man/scarecrow, evil munchkins, dwarves and elves, and of course a Princess that needs rescuing. The pages could not turn fast enough to outrun this great story. A well written piece and an eyeopener to any who are brave enough to think after reading it! Kudos!

    2. A very well-written story. If you're addicted to sugar, this story has lots of it--just not in the way you'd imagine. Loved it.

    5. This book was really great. Laid back, loved the plot , slightly comical & definitely ranks in my "glad I read it" books. I got it for free on Barnes & Noble for my Nook. After reading I'll look for other books from this author. I can't classify it in any particular category until after I saw "The Hunger Games" because it was kind of like a short version without any competition. slightly "sci-fi" in the sense of it taking place in the future & dealing with a government that denies th [...]

    6. Don't be put off by the lame cover. This is great reading. Pratchet and Red Dwarf stirred together in a delightful soup.
