    1. The subject of this book is compelling, the book itself is a disappointment. The author interviews successful men in influential positions on their perceptions of their female colleagues. The common theme in the interviews is women's lack of confidence and reluctance to take risks. The book is discouraging; the overall advice I got from it was to put on my game face and act like a man if I want to be successful in a male dominated workplace.     2. I'm giving this book the dreaded 1, because I don't think I can recommend it to anyone.
