ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHYI will be the first to say that I am not a very emotional person, BUT, and it is a great big but, this story reached inside me and pulled on my heartstrings and made me emotional and to cry. Sometimes it was painful, gut-wrenching emotions of hurt and heartache and sometimes it was those beautiful happy moments that we all love and live for. The plot of this story grabbed my attention from the beginning to the end as the pages turned and the relationship between Kane and Ris [...]

    2. I love most of Carolyn Faulkners books and this one is no exception even though it is on the softer side of love. The womans past keeps getting in the way of preventing her from truly being happy. Fortunatly the alpha male in this story wont let anything stand in the way of their happiness for long.

    3. I've read this book before. I must have not marked it as read then. Everything is familiar about it. So I will DNF this story. I remember that I liked it well enough but will leave it unrated since I am leaving it unfinished and can't find the story in my past reads listings.
