    1. I bought this book at a used book store. The title is misleading. I thought the book was designed to motivate all persons in your organization, at all levels, to sell in some capacity. But the book is about coaching and motivating, specifically the hard core sales staff. The book is written simplistically and reiterates a lot of common sense, rather than revealing anything innovative. There are some good motivational quotes.
