    1. I got this from the library and just read one chapter on Appreciative Inquiry, because I'd heard about it as a method for finding joy in your life and wanted to know more about it. The book is really written for people wanting to make change in organizations, but I could see how Appreciative Inquiry could work in one's personal life as well. I plan to learn more about it.

    2. A comprehensive look at organizational intervention for effecting change. In some ways, too comprehensive. Reading it cover to cover starts to blur the effectiveness of the individual interventions. The best way to approach this book is to have a problem to solve, apply the rubric, and focus on the 2 or 3 best available models, locking on the one that will align best with organizational culture.

    3. If you are in business for yourself, life or executive coach, consultant or an I/O Psychology Learner (Capella calls students); then this is the reference book for you. There are many important methods to know how to incorporate into a plan of strategies. This is really strong for organizational work, and other businesses.I studied the plan for systems, organization, and positive psychology plan for a case study. What did I learn ? A lot of methods and correctly to mix them and it all started wi [...]

    5. A great, comprehensive overview! This should be on every consultant's desk. Only thing missing in this edition is Theory U but otherwise: GREAT. Everything you always wanted to know about tools and techniques, but also the why of whole systems change, engaging stakeholders and co-creating sustainable change. A revolution of positivity and inclusiveness - grass roots - energizing your organization while you change. :-)

    6. I will come back to this practical and comprehensive resource for whole systems change. Delightfully, subtly spiritual in its approach to holistic engagement of whole systems change methods.
