    1. in my opinion, this could be a standard practice for any serious Western practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism, regardless of lineage (the Vajradhara prayer could be adjusted or replaced to meet the needs of other lineages). It provides a very simple, straightforward approach to the preliminary practices and without a doubt upholds and supports that deeper vajrayana aspect of the inner Guru.
